Hi yes i just got a new computer it came with Windows Vista i just installed ra2 anyways in a game right after i place my power my base blows up..i know i've seen this problem in the past before how do i fix this ?

Hi also i need the same thing as this guy http://strike-team.n...opic=160740&hl= i have Windows 7 as well and how am i suppose to dl this patch when the downloads link is broken :o !

That usualy means there hs been an error reading the cd protection. This can be caused by some no-CD crack programs. These types of programs are not supported by XWIS. Exit the game, restart your computer and try again.

If this doesn't solve the problem:
Try cleaning the CD/DVD.
Try the CD/DVD in a different drive.
Try manually uninstalling the game. Reinstall the game, patch and try again.

Ah ! many thanks Knit i took out my CD and cleaned it now it's working :] but on my other computer this never happened..and i never once cleaned the disc :o !

Also i need the Reso Qm Patch :o

I don't understand why you have html in your sig either, but hey....

Problem Solved.
What's more intriguing is why EA would make your base explode when the files are corrupt / cd is dirty in the first place.

You can find the patch in the download area (link is in my sig) under ra2 user patch. Alternatively download the ra2 map patch.
