Download and install Tiberian Sun or Red Alert 2.

TS:
Log into XWIS Control Panel and create a TS nick.
Start the game as administrator.
Click Internet.
Enter XWIS nick and password.
Enjoy!

RA2:
Log into XWIS Control Panel, add a RA2 serial and create a RA2 nick.
Start the game as administrator.
Click Internet.
Click Custom Match.
Enter XWIS nick and password.
Enjoy!
