just to follow up on this report,
I have paged jacobrush numerous times today requesting my free-win, he ignored me for the most part. When I joined his tournament game on bonanza I again requested the free-win, he at first refered his earlier profane response, and then pretended to be afk. (see ss) Then later he paged me and I rejoined his bonanza game. He offered to give the free-win on the condition that we complete a bo5, including games we played yesterday. I did not agree to this, and insisted he simply give my free-win. We debated this point for some time, but I believe the rule is explicit in that the free-win is to be the very next tournament game played between the two players. Irregardless of any other private arrangements. With no explicit arrangement agreed upon, he then clicked the accept button multiple times and being tired of arguing with him, I accepted.
Believing I was entitled to a free win that particular game, and having never played a bonanza landrush, I made no effort to win the game. He attacked with tanks, I repeatedly stated that I had and was continuing to request the free-win. He didn't acknowledge this and proceeded to win the game.
I have now incurred two losses and wasted a fair bit of my time.
Something strange in the ss of game lobby, although there is an obs present as we are talking, the ss shows an open observer. This is because I took the ss of his text after he had left.
